About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated Investment Analysts and Associates to join Anara’s investment team.

This role is ideal for someone with relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth startups, who is eager to deepen their exposure to early-stage investing and impact-driven ventures in MENA.

You will work closely with Principals and Partners across the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and diligence to portfolio support and fund-level initiatives, while developing strong investment judgment, analytical depth, and regional market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing

• Identify high-potential early-stage investment opportunities across Anara’s focus sectors and MENA geographies.
• Screen inbound opportunities and form an initial view on thesis fit.
• Maintain and continuously update the fund’s dealflow pipeline, CRM, and internal tracking tools.
• Support community-building and firm-branding efforts.

Due Diligence & Investment Analysis

• Lead and support commercial, market, operational, and financial due diligence on potential investments.
• Build and review financial models, unit economics, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare investment memos and supporting materials for internal investment committee discussions.
